Group Assignment 2

  1. Consider yourself as an IT consultant then re-look at Human Computer Interaction / interface issues and challenges in online instructions (teaching and learning environment).
  2. After analyze of some the existing online systems, explain why and what are the issues and challenges faced by learners’ and educators’ in online instructions. Why it is happening? You are also required to analyze and report how this mode of instruction is better than classroom teaching.
  3. (i) Prepare a professional analytical report (due date week 13, in class) detailing the following:

    a. The situation

    b. The approach / theory / framework you have chosen to go about looking at the situation

    c. Your analysis of the situation, and

    d. Your conclusions

    Your report must have the following (and in the below arranged sequence)

    · a page of Management Summary

    · Table of Contents

    · List of Figures and Tables

    · The Contents

    · References
