1. Consider yourself as an IT consultant then re-look at Human Computer Interaction / interface issues and challenges in online instructions (teaching and learning environment).
2. After analyze of some the existing online systems, explain why and what are the issues and challenges faced by learners’ and educators’ in online instructions. Why it is happening? You are also required to analyze and report how this mode of instruction is better than classroom teaching.
